About the Todos Santos Business Association

The Todos Santos Business Association is made up of local downtown businesses and organizations which collaborate to promote and market its uniqueness to the community.

All businesses that fall within the Todos Santos Business Association district are members of the program.

The Strategy

Todos Santos Business Association works in collaboration with the City of Concord's Redevelopment Agency to support in the revitalization of the downtown district.

Downtown events establish the downtown as a safe, fun, friendly place to work and play. Todos Santos Business Association works closely with the City's Office of Downtown Management and local organizations to produce high-quality, desirable events in Todos Santos Plaza.

The City works with the Todos Santos Business Association in a variety of ways, including such programs as the Facade Improvement Program, to create a pleasing environment for businesses, residents and visitors.

Economic Development: Attracting new businesses to the downtown and retaining the businesses already located in the area are constant Todos Santos Business Association concerns. Assisted by the City's Business Development and Business Retention managers, and by networking and communication within the real estate community, the City and the Todos Santos Business Association seek to develop a vital, prosperous tenant mix in the greater Todos Santos Plaza area.

How to Get Involved

Todos Santos Business Association's membership goal is to enlist the involvement of 90% of our downtown business and property owners/managers as members. In addition, we welcome volunteers to serve on event committees, and invite all members to consider chairing any of the committees. We have an additional voluntary dues structure for our area that when paid makes our members "Gold Star Members".
